Send a few sentences about the part of the business where you feel the signal is no longer clear, the decision arrives too late, or the truth no longer reaches you in time to act.
You might write about:
- a decision that keeps arriving too late;
- reports that show activity but not truth;
- a signal that reaches you too late to change the outcome;
- a process where value keeps leaking;
- managers who translate reality but do not carry it;
- AI initiatives that produce motion but not control;
- the point where your instinct no longer scales, and your systems do not yet think.
