Send a few sentences about the part of the business where you feel the signal is no longer clear, the decision arrives too late, or the truth no longer reaches you in time to act.
You might write about:
- a decision that keeps arriving too late or without enough context;
- a process where value keeps leaking although the reports look normal;
- the point where your instinct no longer scales, and your systems do not yet think.
